This also the popular trekking destinations of Nepal as well as this area lies to the north of Kathmandu. Mainly the trekking area is covered by Langtang National Park and the total area designated for this park is 1710 sq km that encompasses high mountains and high Himalaya terrain. About one fourth of the park is forest - oaks, maple, rhododendron, chir pine, fir blue pine, hemlock and spruce. The holy Gosaiankunda Lake is situated here. The animal found here are the wild dog, Himalayan red panda, pika, muntjack, musk deer, Himalayan black beer, Himalayan tahr, ghoral, serow, rhesus monkey and the common langur. This region is also an important route for migratory birds. The majority of the local inhabitants here are Tamangs and Sherpas. The itinerary will be as follows:
- Day 01: Kathmandu arrival & transfer to 3 star Hotel
- Day 02: Full day Kathmandu Sight seeing by car (Pashupatinath, Boudhanath, Patan Durbar Square, Swyambhunath and Kathmandu Durbar Square)
- Day 03: Drive Kathmandu - Dhunche
- Day 04: Dhunche - Thulo Syabru
- Day 05: Thulo Syabru - Lama Hotel
- Day 06: Lama Hotel - Langtang
- Day 07: Langtang - Kyangin Gompa
- Day 08: Kyangin Gompa - Lama Hotel
- Day 09: Lama Hotel - Syabrubensi
- Day 10: Syabrubensi - Kathmandu
- Day 11: Free day in Kathmandu
- Day 12: Transfer to the airport for final departure from Kathmandu.
